ma continuing edThe courses listed below are recognized and approved by the State of Massachusetts.  Upon the completion of a mandatory continuing education class, the examiner will award a certificate of completion to each attending student and class hours will be recorded and submitted to the State of Massachusetts, New Hampshire Maine and Vermont, if applicable.

Construction Supervisor Continuing Education - Session 5 and Session 6     $100
Thursday, 6-9p.m. Dates: TBA On-Line in 2017.
These sessions are approved by the Board of Building Regulations & Standards to fulfill 6 hours of continuing education requirement for construction supervisor license renewal. This session will cover, Session 5 - course number CS-2704; Excavation & Foundations for 1 & 2 Family Construction, and Session 6 - course number CS-2705; Compliance with the IEEC and stretch energy codesA copy of your Construction Supervisor license is required.

Construction Supervisor Continuing Education - Session 7 and Session 8     $100
Thursday, 6-9p.m. Dates: TBA On-Line in 2017
These sessions are approved by the Board of Building Regulations & Standards to fulfill 6 hours of continuing education requirement for construction supervisor license renewal. This session will cover, Session 7 - course number CS-2706; Administrative requirements and procedures for application for building permits (including the appeal process) , and Session 8 - course number CS-2707; Basic seismic requirements under the building code.  A copy of your Construction Supervisor license is required.

Electrical 15 Hour Update for 2017-2019     $125
Dates: TBA On- Line in 2017
Saturday, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
This NEC & MEC 2017 electrical license  renewal cycle seminar is approved by the Board of Electricians to fulfill the 15-hours of mandatory continuing education requirement for A, B, & E licensed Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont Journeymen and Master Electricians. A copy of your Electrical license(s) and code book is required.

Electrical 6 Hour Update for 2017–2019      $100

Dates: TBA On-Line in 2017

Saturday, 8 a.m.- 2 p.m.
The 6-hour updates and topic will be posted on-line in 2017.

Plumbing     $100
This course is approved by the Board of Plumbers and Gasfitters to fulfill the 6-hours per year of continuing education requirement for plumbing license renewal for Licensed Journeymen, Master Plumbers, and Gasfitters.  A copy of your Plumbing license(s) is required.

Session 9      $100 
Dates: TBA On-Line in 2017

Saturday, 8 a.m.- 2 p.m.
