How do I sign up for a class?

There are several registration options. Click here to learn more details on each method.

  • On-line: The quickest, most convenient, and secure way to register. Click on our online Registration button
  • By phone: Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Telephone registrations will be accepted with Master-Card or VISA payment by calling (781) 246-0810, extension 1640.
  • Through the mail: Complete the registration form and return with payment.
  • By FAX: Complete the registration form, include MasterCard or VISA number and expiration date, and FAX to (781) 246-2976.
  • In person: All “in person” registration will be taken in the Northeast Adult Education Office, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Please note we only accept Check, Credit Card, or Money Orders as forms of payment. The Adult Ed office does not accept any cash as a form of payment
  • TeleCheck: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to process a one-time Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a draft drawn from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction.

Course Fees

All courses must be paid in full at time of registration!

Refund Policy

100 percent refund of tuition prior to the first class, 75 percent refund prior to the second class, 50 percent refund prior to the third class. There are no refunds made after the third class. Refund payments require a 60 to 90 business day processing period, if paying by cash or check. A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. If your check is returned for insufficient funds a $20.00 fee will be added.

No Confirmation of Enrollment

No Confirmation of Enrollment — Unless students are notified otherwise, they should consider themselves accepted for enrollment.

65 Years and Older Discount

We value our life-long learners. Therefore, as a community service we offer a 50% discount on one course per session. This offer cannot be applied to state apprentice, license programs, and electrical/plumbing continuing education coursework. This applies to tuition only and does NOT include materials and books.

Waiting List

If you are interested in registering for a class that is full, please contact our office as space may still be available or we may be able to place you on a waiting list.

Books and Supplies

Students are responsible for paying for their own books, materials and supplies unless these costs are included in the course fee.
