On-line:
The quickest, most convenient, and secure way to register. Click on our online Registration button to the right or any online Registration button within our website, or revisit us on-line http://www.neadulted.com

By phone: 

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Telephone registrations will be accepted with Master-Card or VISA payment by calling (781) 246-0810, extension 1640. If you connect to voice mail, please leave return call information. Your call is important to us and we will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible. DO NOT LEAVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON VOICE MAIL.

Through the mail:
Complete the registration form and return with payment. Do not send cash through the mail. Registrations received by the Community Education office without payment (check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard number and expiration date) will not be accepted for registration and will be returned to sender.

By FAX
:
Complete the registration form, include MasterCard or VISA number and expiration date, and FAX to (781) 246-2976.

In person
All “in person” registration will be taken in the Northeast Adult Education Office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

TeleCheck:
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to process a one-time Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a draft drawn from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an EFT, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. If your payment is returned unpaid, you authorize the collection of your payment and a return fee of $20.00 by EFT(s) or draft(s) drawn from your account.

Refund Policy:
100 percent refund of tuition prior to the first class, 75 percent refund prior to the second class, 50 percent refund prior to the third class. There are no refunds made after the third class. Refund payments require a 60 to 90 business days processing period, if paying by cash or check. A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.  If a check is returned for insufficient funds a $20.00 fee will be added.
