Cookies, cookies and more cookies! In this class we will be making all types of cookies. Each night we will focus on various methods, making two or three kinds from each group. We will explore bar cookies, drop (or scoop), rolled, Italian, Christmas, piped, sandwich and more! You will be ready for your Christmas cookie swaps.
