4 Week Class
This basic floral design class will provide you with the knowledge to purchase flowers and feel comfortable arranging them yourself. You will learn about popular flower varieties and their unique characteristic, what are “focal” and “filler” flowers, the mechanics of flower placement, what to look for to ensure the best quality and price, and where to buy them. We’ll discuss tight compact and loose & airy arrangements, color schemes monochromatic versus color, the right shape & size of containers. Materials are provided but you can bring your own vases and/or flowers. Join in, have fun and leave with a beautiful arrangement!
